As the only Presbyterian children’s home in the Presbytery of Arkansas and the Presbytery of the Pines, we are committed to sharing Christ’s healing love with children, youth and families in crisis. House Mom/Dad/Direct Care Staff: Monticello Campus; Duties include meeting the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social needs of foster or juvenile adjudicate residential clients; $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; excellent benefits package; Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience preferred; Background checks and drug screening required. Office Manager: Under the direction of the Director of Residential and Clinical Services, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring behavioral health services rendered are reimbursed, that compliance requirements are followed, and that quality measures are met and/or exceeded.
