Vera Lloyd cares for boys and girls, ages 6 to 21, in the custody of Arkansas DHS Child and Family or Youth Services.
Resource Parent Training is the only free, online educational service provided in the state. It’s a program funded through a contract with the State of Arkansas to provide training for foster parents in Areas 4 and 10 in South Arkansas.
